The Energy Project UK’s train the trainer programme enables companies to engage their internal teams of trainers to effectively implement our peoplefuel curriculum on a larger scale. Our certification programmes enable your trainers to master the content for each of our four energy modules: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

The certification process is comprised of three steps:

1. Participate in our peoplefuel programme.
    
2. Attend our two-day Trainer Certification course.
    
3. Partner with a master facilitator for evaluation, feedback, and guidance.
    
4. Become a member of The Energy Project UK Certified Trainer Community, which includes follow-up tools and access to updates and best practices.

Through our certification process, trainers become deeply familiar with our content and with the integrated way in which each of the four energy dimensions influence one another. They also have an opportunity to present and to get feedback and ideas about how to deliver the material most effectively.

With our low-cost Trainer Certification programme, companies can introduce our curriculum to employees at all levels, a key to driving both higher engagement and a higher-performing culture.
