The Energy Project offers a suite of services aimed at addressing the needs of organisations, managers and leaders, and individuals.
Organisations
We work with leaders at all levels to help them more effectively manage the energy of those they lead. Energy is contagious, and by virtue of their position, leaders have a disproportionate impact on everyone around them. We help leaders to reenvision their roles as “Chief Energy Officers” with primary responsibility for mobilising, focusing, inspiring and insuring the regular renewal of their employees.
We also partner with the CEO and senior leadership at organisations to understand the degree to which employee needs are being met systematically across the four dimensions. Typically, this begins with an Organisational Energy Audit. Based on the outcomes, we help leaders address policies, practices and cultural norms that influence employee engagement, focus, commitment and productivity.
INDIVIDUALS
We work with individuals by giving them a roadmap for their lives as a whole, grounded in the science of high performance. Specifically, we teach them strategies to expand and more regularly renew energy more skillfully across all four dimensions of their lives – physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
