Over the past 20 years, Paul built a highly successful career working for some of the world's leading management consultancies, responsible for major international change and transformation projects. Immersing himself in client culture, he has worked to build high performing teams, focusing on results while balancing the wider needs of individuals to sustain lasting results. His track record of being a leader who maintains his people in the Performance Zone is unquestionable. His considerable international experience includes leading major projects in the US, Europe and India.

More recently, in his role as a senior leader in Capgemini, Paul worked with the Foreign Office and Smiths Group where he was responsible for leading major change initiatives. Under his leadership, teams have won various industry awards for innovation and market making, resulting in speaking and video blog opportunities around the world.

Paul is a keen runner and enjoys keeping fit and family weekends away in their camper van. He lives in Surrey, UK with his wife and two sons.
