About Us
The Energy Project UK energises people, offering organisations a detailed blueprint for fuelling a fully engaged workforce. Drawing on the multidisciplinary science of high performance, we do this at three levels:
- We teach individuals to develop actionable strategies that help them to become more energised, focused and productive.
- We train leaders to become “Chief Energy Officers,” focused on mobilising, inspiring, focusing and regularly refuelling the energy of those they lead.
- We partner with organisations to help them create the resources and tools, and implement the practices and policies that make it possible for their employees to perform at the highest level.
Demand is exceeding our capacity. Time is the resource we’ve traditionally relied on to get more done. The problem with time is that it’s finite, and most of us no longer have additional hours left to invest at work. Energy, by contrast, can be expanded and regularly renewed. Drawing on the multidisciplinary science of high performance, The Energy Project UK has developed a set of simple principles and highly actionable practices for more effectively managing energy.
Our clients range from companies such as Google, Sony, BBC Worldwide, Microsoft, Visa, eBay, and Pfizer to organisations such as the Police, Save the Children and many others.
